Azita Ghanizada

Azita Ghanizada, an Afghan American actor in the United States has appeared in numerous television shows. Her family was from Northern Virginia. She is the middle child of twin sisters. Her parents raised her sisters who resided in Northern Virginia. Ghanizada made her debut on the television industry by appearing on numerous National Commercials. Ghanizada starred as Chiara in Laura Neri's production A Kiss on the Nose (2003). To commemorate the performance, she received a nomination during the Festival of Cannes for the Best Actress Award. A few of her TV roles are How I Met Your Mother Entourage Veronica Mars NUMB3RS The Wedding Bells NUMB3RS Psych and Castle. Recently, she had a supporting role in the action science fiction movie Blood Shot (2009) and the comedy series by independent filmmakers You Only Better (2009). Ghanizada began her career in 2008 when she was a part of the crew of General Hospital. She was cast in the General Hospital spin-off General Hospital. Season 2 of General Hospital, Night Shift, Ghanizada was the role of Dr. Saira Bhatra who is an holistic physician. Ghanizada was cast as Kelly the Prada salesgirl in HBO Entourage.
